Floor-N-Decor offers inspection services to determine the cause of flooring issues. We specialize in the inspection and treatment of:

• moisture problems
• cracking
• adhesive failure

All inspections are performed by Chris Woolsey, IICRC Certified Inspector. Our coverage area includes Florida and Georgia. Our philosophy emphasizes preventative inspections to eliminate the expense and inconvenience of replacing a compromised floor. For the completed installation which is exhibiting problems, we offer neutral third-party inspections to determine the cause of the following problems:

• Vinyl tile & VCT - Oozing glue, gaps, buckling discoloration
• Tile (ceramic, porcelain, glass & natural stone) - Cracks, lipping, lifting, loose, hollow, cracked grout
• Sheet vinyl - Discoloration, seam separation, bumps, lines, indentations
• Hardwood & laminate - Moisture problems, gapping, cupping, buckling, lifting, peaking at seams, swelling
